On the purchasers side, Garand Realty offers rebates to home buyers. Purchasers of new homes can receive up to one half of the total commission paid to Garand Realty, usually 3%, meaning 1.5% of the purchase price will be rebated to the purchaser after settlement. Purchasers of resale homes over $200,000 will receive 1%, and purchasers of homes in the $100,000 - $199,999 range will receive $1000 after settlement.
